Kassie, Flo and Archie.jpg

Kassie is a leading dog behaviour specialist in Surrey. She grew up around dogs and has always had a keen interest in how dogs think and why they do what they do.

She has been professionally training dogs in Surrey since 2014, and founded Surrey Dog Behaviour in 2016.

Kassie is also a full member of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) and is a full CCAB (Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist), as well as being a member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians.

After competing her BSc in Bioveterinary Science from the prestigious Royal Veterinary College, she went on to complete her Masters degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour and The University of Lincoln.

Kassie also has a certificate in Veterinary Education at the Royal Veterinary College and is a fellow with the Higher Education Academy.

Since then she has gone on to develop a mentoring programme for those hoping to join the behaviour and training industry which has been in high demand since its launch in 2018.

She is also a guest lecturer at the Royal Veterinary College, teaching in dog training and behaviour.

Kassie can also be seen giving Demonstrations in pet gundog games and scentwork at the popular DogFest shows across the country, giving advice on all aspects of pet dog training, ownership and troubleshooting behavioural problems.

In her spare time, she can be found exploring the countryside with her Labs, Archie, Flo and Sunny and partaking in agility, gundog and trick training.

Amazing Archie

Archie is the OG of dogs! He is the reason Kassie dove head first into dog behaviour and training and they have both learned a lot along the way!

Archie was rescued at 10-months-old from RSPCA and was under-socalised, to which both Archie and Kassie have worked hard to overcome.

Archie is now top stooge dog, being the first dog many see during behaviour modification work.

Archie's relaxed and aloof nature has helped hundreds of dogs learn that dogs are safe, leading to many reformed dogs!

Before Archie's retirement he took a paw to many sports including agility, heelwork to music, scentwork and gundog tests.

You may still see him make an appearance at shows if your lucky!

Fabulous Flo

Flo is not only our top competing dog, but a huge part of Surrey Dog Behaviour's stooging team.

Flo is super smart and loves all sports including agility, heelwork to music, Scentwork and gundog tests. Flo has many fabulous achievements across the sports and has won hearts along the way!

Flo's gentle nature makes her perfect for puppy socialisation as well as working with nervous dogs. She has worked wonders with dozens so far!

Flo is our main demo dog at shows across the UK in a wide range of topics. So come and see for yourself how cool she is!

Spectacular Sunny

Sunny is our newest team member and has kamikazed his way into every avenue of dog life!

Sunny is currently working hard at heelwork to music, scentwork and gundog skills with the hope of competing in the not-so-distant future!

Sunny is coming into his own as a stooge dog and is brilliant when it comes to adding in some more movement! Many dogs take a dislike to entire males, so Sunny has helped show dogs that not all entire males are bad!

Sunny also has a big role to play at shows as he has stepped up to perform with Flo and is proving his place among the grownup dogs!
